The Best Beginner Jobs on FiveM Romania in 2026
One of the first decisions you make on a FiveM Romania server is which job to pick. And it's an important one — the right job early on can dramatically accelerate your progress, the wrong one can burn hours with nothing to show for it.
After hundreds of hours live on FiveM, I've tried practically every legal job. Here's what I recommend to a new player.
TL;DR: Truck driver or courier for starters — simple, safe, steady income. Taxi if you also want to learn the server at the same time.
Top recommended jobs for beginners
1. Truck driver — maximum stability
The trucking job is the classic for beginners and for good reason. You take transport orders, haul cargo from A to B, collect payment. Simple, clear, no surprises.
| Criteria | Rating |
|---|---|
| Difficulty | ⭐ Very easy |
| Income/hour | $15,000–$30,000 |
| Risk | Zero |
| Learning time | Under 5 minutes |
2. Courier — fast and accessible
Similar to trucking but shorter and more frequent runs. Pick up packages, deliver to destination, repeat. Good for shorter sessions.
| Criteria | Rating |
|---|---|
| Income/hour | $12,000–$20,000 |
| Risk | Zero |
3. Taxi driver — social and flexible
Taxi is different — you depend on other players requesting rides. Every ride is a new interaction and a chance for organic roleplay. Great for learning the community.
| Income/hour | $10,000–$25,000 |
4. Fisherman — relaxing, solid income
Fishing is perfect for the relaxation mode. Go to a fishing spot, wait, sell the fish. Simple, no pressure.
| Income/hour | $8,000–$15,000 |
Jobs to avoid at the start (and why)
Illegal activities — drugs, heists, contraband. May seem attractive, but the risk is too high at the start. If you get caught without understanding the server mechanics, you lose everything.
Faction jobs (Police, Ambulance) — excellent long term, but have their own recruitment process and require you to already know the server.
Optimal first-week strategy
- Days 1–3: Trucking — build your base capital
- Days 4–5: Add taxi to learn the community
- Days 6–7: With $100k+, start exploring other options
