My Gaming Journey — from New World to FiveM

I didn't get into streaming overnight. I got there through years of gaming, through games that shaped me and through moments that made me understand what I actually enjoy.

This is my story as a gamer.

PUBG and Diablo — where it all started

The first games that really got me were PUBG and Diablo. PUBG taught me to think fast, make decisions under pressure and accept that sometimes you lose without doing anything wrong. Diablo kept me in front of the screen for hours without feeling time pass.

Both of them showed me what it means to be completely absorbed in a game. That feeling stayed with me.

New World — the game that marked me the most

Out of all the games I've played, New World by Amazon stayed closest to my heart. An MMO with modern mechanics, incredible graphics and a combat system where you actually felt in control.

I played Bow and Spear. I reached end-game every time. I experienced that feeling of real progress that very few games give you.

Until Amazon announced they were shutting down the servers. I'm not sure exactly what I felt in that moment. Something between frustration and gratitude that I got to play it at all. New World remains the best MMO I've ever played.

From gaming to streaming

The community moderator suggested one day that I try streaming. I didn't overthink it. I tried it.

My first live had 0 people in chat. And I felt perfectly fine. I talked, I played, I stayed. For weeks. That confirmed to me that I do this because I enjoy it, not for the numbers.

I started with Bannerlord, discovered FiveM, ended up on FplayT. And I stayed — as my character Ionut Gresie, every morning from 9:10 AM.
